Lindsay Lohan’s dad was busted in Palm Beach on Friday for allegedly pocketing at least $25,000 in illegal kickbacks in return for steering addicts — including a woman he was sleeping with — into a Florida drug treatment center.

Lohan, 60, who keeps addresses in Boca Raton and in Southampton, collected bounties on addicts he referred to the Pride Recovery Center in Delray Beach in 2017 and 2018, court documents charge.

One of those addicts was a woman he referred to Pride Recovery while he was in a “sexual relationship” with her, the arrest warrant states.

For that woman — whose name is revealed only by the initials “B.M.” in court papers — Lohan received a May 4, 2018 check from Pride Recovery amounting to $5,000, the arrest warrant states.

Patient records show the woman was referred for treatment that day, the court papers allege.

Lohan is the 117th person busted in an ongoing Palm Beach County probe into illegal “patient brokering,” according to Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg.

“Mr. Lohan was investigated by our Sober Homes Task Force and he’s being charged with receiving kickbacks for referring patients to drug treatment,” Aronberg said in a statement.

“Patient brokering corrupts our health care system because decisions are motivated by greed instead of a patient’s needs,” he added.

“This is our Task Force’s 117th arrest and will not be our last,” he said of Lohan.

Lindsay Lohan and her father Michael Lohan were seen out in SoHo on April 13, 2016.

Lohan already has a long and varied rap sheet stretching back to 1990, when he was jailed for criminal contempt of court in relation to an insider trading probe.

He also has a history of relationships with women who struggled with addiction. His ex-wife, Dina — Lindsay’s mother — was charged with felony DWI in February, 2020.

That same month, he was busted for allegedly getting physically abusive with his then-wife, Kate Major, who soon checked herself into rehab in Westhampton, Page Six reported at the time.

Lohan was arrested after a Pride Recovery Center owner who is also charged in the scheme ratted him out in hopes of leniency, according to the arrest warrant.

That witness told the Boca Raton Police Department that Lohan’s referrals-for-kickbacks arrangement with Pride Recovery began 2017.

Since then, Lohan and his own company, Lola Recovery Ventures, pocketed nine checks in all for referring patients to the rehab, the arrest warrant alleges.

As for the unnamed woman Lohan was allegedly sleeping with, her kickback “stood out” among the others to the confidential informant, Boca police alleged in the arrest warrant.

Michael Lohan is facing up to five different counts because of the alleged crimes.

“This particular check stood out to [the informant] because he remembered Lohan asking him … to trust him (Lohan) and that he (Lohan) knows patient B. M.’s family and she … is going to be a cash pay patient,” the arrest warrant alleges.

The woman, meanwhile, was offered a scholarship toward treatment as an apparent favor for Lohan, the arrest warrant alleges.

The informant told cops the woman “had a sexual relationship with Lohan and that was why she was offered the scholarship,” the warrant alleges.

Michael Lohan allegedly started referring people to Pride Recovery Center back in 2017.

Lohan faces four counts of patient brokering and one of conspiracy in the scheme, court documents show.

His lawyer, Heidi Perlet, could not immediately be reached for comment.
